An engaging session to demonstrate how to develop and advance clinical decision making and judgment strategies connecting and linking standards to the cognitive skills in the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (NCJMM) throughout the curriculum. The importance of setting expectations and structure based on standards and the NCJMM will be established as the foundation for clinical, live / virtual simulations, and NGN Case Studies.  Examples of NGN test items will be demonstrated to use as interactive learning activities for clinical and simulation.  Faculty will leave with strategies to use immediately during pre-conference, clinical, and/or post-conference to assist in developing, reinforcing, and mastering each of the cognitive skills in the NCJMM.
