This session will encompass how to establish a supportive, role-modeling presence in any learning environment; how to establish a culture of inquiry; and letting go of control (but continuing to implement a deliberate plan) to allow an organic learning environment to evolve. You will also learn about methods of giving feedback, drawing on Knowles’ Adult Learning Theory in the remote/online environment, and holding students accountable while fostering growth and partnering with them during their educational journey.
